Returns & Refunds

If a product isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. It should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging — potions and perishables can't be resold once the seal is broken.

Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and where to send it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered — in that case, we'll cover it.

If something arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
